What is the COMPUSA Auction return policy?

CompUSA Auctions sells new, used and refurbished goods. Please contact our customer service if your product arrives in a working status other than described in the auction narrative. Products purchased from the CompUSA Auctions are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. Unless otherwise noted, this unit should be in working order upon your receipt. This site deals with some refurbished equipment, therefore the CDs and manuals may not be included. Missing recovery disks may be ordered from the manufacturer. |

Please do not use the ebay checkout process!
If you are the winning bidder for this item you will be sent an email, from CompUSA Auctions, within 1 hour following the close of the auction. The email will contain a link to a checkout site. In order to complete the transaction you must click on the link, or copy and paste the URL into the browser address window. It is then a simple process to checkout of the shopping cart.

When will my product ship?

All orders require a three business day processing period before shipment; in the event that credit card approval is delayed, it may take up to five business days to process and ship your order, in addition to the normal transit time from Dallas to you. |
Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?

We cannot ship orders to any address other than your billing address, unless the shipping address is added as an alternate address to your credit card. |
Can CompUSA Auctions ship to a location outside the United Sates?

CompUSA Auctions can only ship to US addresses. All items are shipped via FedEx and we cannot deliver to US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. |
What carrier does CompUSA Auctions use for shipping?

All products will be shipped via Federal Express. Federal Express cannot ship to a Post Office Box or a Military address. |
